BBB Learning Lab
An online school I built for the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota. I designed and wrote the content for all of the courses. Courses for both the general public - mostly around scam prevention, and business owners - for both scam prevention and improved business practices.

Pendo Guides
Pendo is a tool that is overlaid on top of an app or website. The tool is used to create guides for just in time learning. This video shows a couple of the many Pendo guides I have made.

Planning Map
This was a working document used for an update of an existing course. We started with the goal in the center, "Partners will be able to conduct HA installation and admin without assistance". Then we mapped out all of the main topics and subtopics with the assistance of a SME, marking which topics we had complete content on from the existing course and which we would need SME help obtaining.
There are notes about when and how we were to get missing content as well as questions we had. This was a living document that we would refer to during SME meetings to keep things on track. It was especially helpful when we went through a merger and we lost access to the first two SMEs we were working with and had to bring new SMEs up to speed quickly on what we were working on, where we were on the project, and what we needed from them.
